Vacanct post : Junior Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering)
Total positions : 36 Posts
Age : 18-27 years as on 01-01-2019.Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 (five) years in case of ST/SC candidates.
Salary : Rs. 28,210- 640(4)-30,770- 840(9)- 38,330-1130(15)-55,280/- plus usual allowances as admissible under Board’s rules.
Education Qualification : Candidates should possess a 3 (three) year Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any Indian University/Institute recognized by the Government of Meghalaya or UGC or AICTE.

A Bank Draft of Rs. 460/- for General Candidates and Rs. 230/- for ST/SC candidates, payable at Shillong, in favor of the ‘Principal Account, MeECL, Shillong’.

Candidate Shall print the filled-in application and Admit Card and submit the same in the office of the Director (Corporate Affairs), MeECL, Lum Jingshai, Short Round Road, Shillong- 793001 on working days between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM from 6th June 2019 to 28th June 2019.

Written test will be held on the 13th July 2019, at 10:00 am, in Christian Academy Higher Secondary School, Riatsamthiah, Shillong.

Technical Paper:- 180 Marks (Pass marks- 90)
General Studies:- 60 Marks (Pass marks- 30)
Personal Interview:- 60 Marks (Pass marks- 30)
