As per 15-07-19 Notification  Assam Higher Secondary Education Council now issues the final certificate for Academic Session from 1986 to 2005 . So if you were a student of the Academic year 1986 to 2005, you must follow the following procedures to getting your final certificate from the board. How to Offline Apply AHSEC Final Certificate :

Step 1: Download the Application Form from ASHEC official Website.

Step 2: The Application completed in all the respects and duly filled all the columns to be submitted with the processing fee. 

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee In the Challan of Assam Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd. Filling Name, Examination, and details must be enclosed.

In the case of private candidates, the application must be countersigned by the principal of the recognized institutions from which HE/SHE Passed the final examination.

Step 4: The duplicate copy of the bank challan must be enclosed with the form while applying.

The Original certificate issued will be sent to the principal of the institution.



Application Fee :

Fees for the original certificate : Rs. 200 

Money Order/I.P.O is not accepted. All prescribed fees should be sent through bank draft/challan Or through any Nationalised bank located at Guwahati in favor of the secretary, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21

How to Apply AHSEC Final Certificate :

As per 15-07-2019 Notification by AHSEC Candidate can Apply Online for getting the AHSEC original certificate from the Academic session 1986-2005. The candidate has to visit www.ahsec.nic.in and upload the above documents and pay the Application fee within 17-08-19.
