Indian Army Rally Assam 2019:- The Army Recruitment Rally, Masimpur, ARO Silchar will be conducting Indian Army Rally Assam 2019 from 6th January 2020 to 10th January 2020 for the Posts of for Soldier General Duty, Soldier Tradesman, Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/Clerk. The Masimpur, ARO Silchar Army Bharti will be for Cachar, Dima Hasao, Karimganj and Hailakandi districts of Assam. The Indian Army Rally Assam 2019 will be held at Masimpur, ARO Silchar. All eligible intersted candidates for Masimpur, ARO Silchar Army Bharti can submit their application through Online Mode on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in .The Online Registration for Indian Army Rally Assam 2019 can be filled from 4th November to 19th December 2019.

Education Qualification for Indian Army Rally Assam 2019-
1. Soldier General Duty

HSLC / Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. (ii) No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification i.e 10+2 and above, however, a minimum 33% in each subject required in HSLC/Matric

2. Soldier Technical

10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject

3. Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical 

10+2 / Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Should have studied and passed English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class X or Class XII with 50% marks in each subject

5. Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 10th Pass

Class 10th/HSLC simple pass

Documents required at Indian Army Rally Assam 2019

Candidates are required to bring the following documents/certificate in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site:-

1. Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).

2. Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size color photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts / photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted.

3. Education Certificates

Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School / College / Board / University.
Provisional/online education certificate should be certified ink signed the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.
Candidates with matric certificates from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO.
4. Domicile Certificate. Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar / District Magistrate.

5. Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate.

6. Religion Certificate. 
Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM (if religion as SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/
CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in the caste certificate).

7. School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School / College Principal Headmaster where the candidates last studied.

8. Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within the last six months.

9. Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within last six months.

10.Relationship Certificate. SOS / SOEX / SOW /SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents:-

Relationship certificate issued from respective Records Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and Particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
A declaration to the effect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1 Class / Executive / Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at the rally site. Format of affidavit attaches as per Appendix A
Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.

11. NCC Certificate. NCC A / B /C certificates and the Republic Day Parade certificate should have a photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A /B /C pass certificate will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.



12. Sports Certificate.

Sportsmen who have represented India at the International level and State at the National level within the last two years. For a list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.
Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level with 1st /2nd position within last two years Sports certificates should be with registration number and from govt recognized sports institutes/bodies as under :
All Sr / Jr National Championship Certificates - Respective National Federation
All State & Dist level certificates - Respective State Sports Association
ll University level certificates - Inter-University Sports Board
All School level certificates - All India School Games Federation
13. Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate.

14. Other Documents: Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are Mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowance and other social benefits schemes.

Admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 21 November 2019 to 26 December 2019.
