Applications are invited by ARIAS Society for the recruitment of 27 District Enterprise Development Coordinator (DEDC), District Enterprise Development Executive (DEDE), and District Agriculture Marketing Coordinator vacancy under the World Bank Financed Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART).



Vacancy details for ARIAS Society Recruitment 2020


1. District Enterprise Development Coordinator (DEDC)
No of posts: 7

Pay: Rs. 6.60 To Rs. 10.80 Lakh

Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 40 years of age as on 31stJuly’2020.

Educational Qualification: 
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ PGDBM) with specialization in agribusiness/ entrepreneurship/ rural management/ marketing/ finance.

Experience:
With five (5) years of demonstrated experience in promoting entrepreneurship, working in an incubation program for hand-holding of enterprises or small business development programs.

2. District Enterprise Development Executive (DEDE)
No of posts: 14

Pay: Rs. 3.00 To Rs. 4.20 Lakh

Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 31stJuly’2020.

Educational Qualification: 
B.Sc in Agriculture or allied sectors/ B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture/ food technology/ BBA with at least 3 years experience in agribusiness, food processing sector.


Experience: Experience in entrepreneurship and enterprise Development, counseling for enterprises, conducting training & capacity building programmes and facilitating access to finance and business development, marketing of agri / food products will be and added advantage.

3. District Agriculture Marketing Coordinator (DAMC)
No of posts: 6

Pay: Rs. 6.60 To Rs. 10.80 Lakh

Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 45 years of age as on 31stJuly’2020

Educational Qualification: 
Graduate Degree in Agriculture or allied Science from any recognized University/ approved Institution.

Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness and Value Chain Development, specifically in the development of market linkages and working experience in the establishment of Agriculture & Horticulture based institutions and operations of marketing enterprises by farmer organizations, agri-entrepreneurs etc. In case, sufficient candidates with 5 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the Interview Panel may allow candidates having 3 years of experience to appear before the Interview Panel.

Selection Process: 
Only Shortlisted candidates will be intimated and called for Interviews. The Interview may be conducted through Telephonic Mode/ Video Conferencing/ Face to Face.
