UPSC Recruitment 2021


1. Junior Scientific Officer:  National Centre of Organic Farming, Ghaziabad, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare

No of posts: 1


Pay: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.


Essential Qualification:

(i) M.Sc. in microbiology from a recognized university or institute. 

OR,

(ii) M.Sc. in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology or Microbiology or Mycology from a recognized University or Institute; 

OR,

(iii) M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Soil Science or Agriculture Chemistry or Agronomy or Microbiology or Plant Pathology or Horticulture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized university or institute.


Desirable Qualification:

i) Ph.D. in any discipline mentioned in essential qualifications.

 ii) Two years experience in the field of research and development of biofertilisers and other aspects of organic farming


2. Director (Conservation): Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture

No of posts: 1


Pay: Level-12 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC.


Essential Qualification: 

Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institute

Experience: Ten years experience in planning, execution and supervision of civil engineering works in Government sector or in any Archaeological or heritage site


Desirable Qualification: 

i) Masters degree in Civil Engineering;

 ii) Experience in preservation of ancient monuments


3. Deputy Superintending Archaeological Engineer: Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture

No of posts: 3


Pay: Level-10 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC.


Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institute

Experience: Three years experience in planning, execution and supervision of civil engineering works in Government sector or in any Archaeological or heritage site.


4. Assistant Clinical Embryologist: Safdarjung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

No of posts: 1


Pay: Level-10 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC.


Essential Qualification: 

i) Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from any recognized University; 

ii) Master degree in Anatomy or embryology or reproductive Biology or Genetics or Embryology or Clinical Embryology or Microbiology from any recognized University. 

iii) One year experience in the field of human in-vitro-fertilization techniques from a hospital or Central Government or State Government or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or any private hospital recognized by Government.


5. Dialysis Medical Officer (DMO) Dr. R.M.L Hospital, New Delhi, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

Pay: Level-10 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC.


Essential Qualification:

(i) Recognised MBBS degree as per the first or second Schedule of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

(ii) Completion of one year compulsory rotatory internship.

Experience: Doctors with minimum six months’ experience as Resident in Nephrology or Dialysis in any Medical Council of India recognised (MCI) hospital in Department of Nephrology or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) recognised hospital in Nephrology by National Board of Examination (NBE).


Desirable Qualification: Doctor of Medicine (MD) (Medicine) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) (Medicine).


6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy): Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

No of posts: 9


Pay: Level-11 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA


Essential Qualification: 

(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). 

(ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Master of Surgery(Anatomy); or Doctor of( Medicine Anatomy); or Diplomate National Board(Anatomy); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Master of Science(Anatomy); or Master of Science(Medical Anatomy) with Doctor of Philosophy(Medical Anatomy); or Master of Science(Medical Anatomy) with Doctor of Science(Medical Anatomy).


Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


7. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor: ( Oto-Rhino-Laryngology(ENT) Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

No of posts: 4


Pay: Level-11 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA


Essential Qualification: 

(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). 

(ii)Post Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in section A of schegule VI from recognized Tecehing Institute i.e. Master of Surgery (Oto-Rhino-Laryngology); or Diplomate of National Board (Oto-Rhino-Laryngology).


Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.


8. Engineer and Ship Surveyor-cum- Deputy Director General (Technical), Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, Ministry of Shipping

No of posts: 5


Pay: Level-11 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA


Essential Qualification: Certificate of competency of Marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam or Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) as specified in Section 78 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of 1958) or equivalent as specified in section 86 of the said Act.

Experience: Five year’s Service at sea of which one year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
