The Office of the District Fishery Development Officer Barpeta is inviting applications from eligible candidates for two vacant Grade-IV posts and one vacant post of Driver.
Vacancy Details:
1. Name of posts : Grade-IV
No. of posts : 2 [ UR : 1, OBC / MOBC : 1]
Scale of pay : Rs. 12000-52000/- , Grade Pay Rs. 3900/-
Qualification : Class VIII passed
2. Name of posts : Driver
No. of posts : 1 [ UR : 1]
Scale of pay : Rs. 14000-60500/-, Grade Pay Rs. 5200/-
Qualification :
a) HSLC passed.
b) Must possess proficiency in Driving.
c) Must possess a valid four wheeler Driving License (L.M.V.) issued by the competent authority.
d) Candidates should be of sound health, both mentally and physically and free from organ defect / bodily infirmity likely to interfere with efficient performance of his duties.
e) Candidates must not wear specifics with dark or tinted glasses.
f) Candidates are required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service
Age Limit : Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 1.1.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC / ST as per Govt. rule in force
How to apply : Applications in prescribed Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette Part-IX must be accompanied by the following documents-
* Attested copies of all certificates / Mark-sheets in support of educational qualification along with age, caste certificate including valid employment registration card
* Two copies of recent passport size photographs duly self-attested
* A self-addressed envelope (22 cm X 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 10.00 only.
Candidates / applicants will have to super scribe the name of the post applied for at the top of the sealed envelope carrying the application form.
