Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission (AERC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of  Joint Director (Regulatory Affairs and Finance Planning).

Pay Scale : Rs. 30000–110000/–, GP: 15700/–

Essential Qualification :

(a) CA / ICWA / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or 2 years MBA in Finance from a recognized Institution.

(b) Minimum 15 years professional experience of which at least 6years in Regulatory affairs.

(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.

(d)Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages

Desirable Qualification :

(a) Experience in large public utilities with generation, transmission and distribution facilities.

(b) Experience in matters relating to electricity Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase agreements.

(c) Good knowledge of Indian Electricity Laws

Age Limit : Maximum50years as on 1st January, 2021.
