Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hojai has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 15 Head Assistant, Driver & Grade IV Vacancy. Interested and eligible candidates may apply here.

1. Name Of Post : Head Assistant

No of Posts: 01 Post

Qualification: Experience as a UDA with at least 10 years of service as such to their credit including supervisory Assistants in any CJM establishment.

Pay Scale: Rs.22,000 – 87,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.9,100/- per month with other admissible allowances.

2. Name Of Post : Driver

No of Posts: 01 Post

Qualification: Candidates must need to be class 8th passed or equivalent from a recognized Board. Also, a valid professional driving licence will require for this job.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.

3. Name Of Post : Jarikarak

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Qualification: Candidates must need to be class 8th passed or equivalent from a recognized Board. However, the candidates having HSLC passed certificate may be preferred considering the nature of job.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.

4. Name Of Post : Peon

No of Posts: 09 Posts [UR: 1, OBC/ MOBC: 4, STP: 1, STH: 1, SC: 1, EWS: 1]

 Qualification: Minimum educational qualification of Class-VIII standard; and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said posts. However, candidates possessing special skills, i.e. the professional like, Plumber, Electrician, Driver, Sweeper, Computer Operator having knowledge of MS Office etc. Technician having knowledge of Repairing AC and Generator may be preferred, provided He/She posses the education qualification as prescribed above. .

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month with other admissible allowances.

5. Name Of Post : Chowkidar

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Qualification: Candidates must need to be class 8th passed or equivalent from a recognized Board. Those who have passed class 12th or above shall be ineligible to apply for this post.

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month with other admissible allowances.

Other Details :

Age Limit: The candidates age should be between 18 years to 38 years as on 31st July 2021.

Age Relaxation: The Upper Age limit is relaxable for the reserved categories as per rule.

Nationality: Candidate must be Indian citizen as defined in article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Employment Exchange Registration: The candidate must submit a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number while submitting the application for this recruitment.
