Educational Qualification: HSLC passed or equivalent exam passed.

Other Criteria:

a) Candidates must be a permanent resident of respective village/s.

b) Candidates must be mentally and physically fit.

c) He/ she should not be a government employee.

d) He/ she should not be a part of any political organization.

e) He/ she must not have any criminal records.

f) He/ she must not be a parent of more than two children.

Selection Process: Interview.
