The State Anti-Drug and Prohibition Council Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 42 vacant posts at six De-Addiction cum Rehabilitation Centres being set up in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sonitpur and Barpeta for an initial period of twelve months which may be extended based on performance.

1. Name of posts : Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor

2.  Name of posts : Doctor ( Part Time)

3.  Name of posts : Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist

4.  Name of posts : Nurse

5.  Name of posts : Ward Boys

Remuneration :

(i) Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor : The remuneration would be INR 1.80 lakh per annum i.e. 15000.00 per month

(ii) Doctor ( Part Time) : The remuneration would be INR 1.98 lakh per annum i.e. 16500.00 per month

(iii) Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist : The remuneration would be INR 1.50 lakh per annum i.e. 12500.00 per month

(iv) Nurse : The remuneration would be INR 1.32 lakh per annum i.e. 11000.00 per month

(v) Ward Boys : The remuneration would be INR 1.32 lakh per annum i.e. 11000.00 per month

Educational Qualification :

(i) Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

(ii) Doctor ( Part Time) : MBBS

(iii) Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

(iv) Nurse : Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Institute

(v) Ward Boys : Class X passed

Experience :

* Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor : Minimum 3 years of experience of managing such centres or demonstrable capabilities for running such centres. Candidates must have working knowledge of computer.

* Doctor ( Part Time) : Should hold a training certificate in Addiction Medicine from a recognized institute

* Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist : Three years experience in the field of de-addiction counselling and should have a certificate by NISD ( National Institute of Social Defence), also should have knowledge of English and regional language

* Nurse : Should be trained by a recognized Government Medical Institution

* Ward Boys : Preferably experienced in such centres  and must be trained in NISD

Age Limit :

Project Co-Ordinator cum Vocational Counsellor : Maximum age should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2021

Doctor ( Part Time) : Maximum age should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2021

Counsellor / Social Worker / Psychologist : Maximum age should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2021

Nurse : Maximum age should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2021

Ward Boys : Maximum age should not be more than 45 years as on 01.01.2021
