The government of India has announced the launch of a new website titled E-Shram NDUW, which collects data on laborers, migrants, gig-workers and platform workers, traders and street vendors, farmers, and domestic workers. An E Shram card comes from the Ministry of Labor and Employment and is called the Unique Identification Number card. PM Narendra Modi launched this scheme for the workers and laborers in the unorganized sector. Worker and laborer welfare is the primary objective of this program. E Shram Card Registration Eligibility Criteria
✔️You must be a permanent citizen of India.
✔️ Age should be between 16-59 years
✔️ Should not be a member of EPFO or ESIC.
✔️ Should not be an income taxpayer
✔️ Must be working in the unorganized sector.
✔️You must have an Aadhaar Card issued by the UIDAI.
✔️You need to have a mobile number linked with the Aadhar card.
✔️Bank account in any nationalized bank.

What is the process for registering for an E-Shram Card?
UAN eShram Card will be made available to those belonging to the unorganized sector, it is clear. As well as information on registering for the E Shram card on https://eshram.gov.in. Registration will be canceled or rejected if an applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements.
* Please go to https://eshram.gov.in to open the official web portal.
* Registration can be accessed by clicking the link.
* As soon as you click on the link, a new window will open.
* Now, you’ll see a new page with certain information you need to enter.
* Please fill out the registration form correctly.
* If you receive an OTP, wait until it appears on your mobile device.
* Continue to register after that.
* The message that the application has been successfully submitted should be saved.
How to Apply For e Sharm Card Online ?
- Go to the official portal of the shram from the given link i.e. eshram.gov.in.
- Now select the link – ‘e shram registration.’
- Now you will be redirected to a new page where you need to enter details like Aadhaar Number along with the Captcha Code given on your screen.
- Click on the ‘Send OTP’ option.
- Now you will be able to get an SMS on your mobile phone regarding the One-Time Password.
- You need to submit your OTP and proceed to apply for the e Shram Card of the government.
- Now you will have to enter details like your bank account number, full name, father’s name, mother’s name, spouse name, profession, name of the organization, monthly income, income certificate number, domicile certificate number, etc.
- After the submission of the application form you will be able to receive a 12-Digit Number & issued eShram card.
- You can take the printout of the E-Sharm Card.
