Social Welfare Department, Assam has released a notification for the recruitment of 8 Consultant, Accountant, Block Coordinator and other vacancy under the State Project Director, POSHAN Abhiyaan, Assam .

Vacancy Details:

1. Name of posts : Consultant (Financial Management)

No of posts : 2

Essential Qualification 

1. Consultant (Financial Management) :

(i) CA/ CS/ CMA (CWA) or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute with at least 55% marks 

(ii) At least 3 years qualification experience out of which 1 year should be in Government/ PSU/ international agencies.

(iii) Exposure to budgeting, audit and treasury functions.

(iv) Knowledge of state budgetary, treasury and finance rules.

(v) Expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

2. Accountant :

(i) PG degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ CWA-Inter/CA-Inter with at least 50%marks 

(ii) At least 3 years experience in accounting with exposure in budgeting & audit out of which 1 year should be in Government /PSU

 (iii) Expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Project Associate :

 (i) Graduate in Computer Science or IT 

(ii) At least 2 years work experience in the relevant field 

(iii) Formal training in IT/mobile applications 

(iv) Experience in working with technology and software application support.

(v) Previous experience in working with front line workers of Government Department and training on IT/Mobiles/Computer 

(vi) Good oral and written communication skills in local language.

(vii) Computer literacy must.

4. Block Coordinator : 

(i) Graduate

 (ii) At least 2 years experience of working with technology and software application support 

(iii) Good oral and written communication in local language 

(iv) Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.

5. Block Project Assistant :

 (i) Graduate

(ii) At least 1 year experience of working with Community / Local Government 

(iii) Good oral and written communication in local language 

(iv) Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged

Age Limit :

Consultant (Financial Management) : 30-44 years

Accountant : 18-40 years

Project Associate : 18-40 years

Block Coordinator : 18-40 years

Block Project Assistant : 18-40 years

Pay:

(a) Consultant (Financial Management) : Rs. 60,000/- per month

(b) Accountant : Rs. 30,000/- per month

(c) Project Associate : Rs. 25,000/- per month

(d) Block Coordinator : Rs. 20,000/- per month

(e) Block Project Assistant : Rs. 15,000/- per month
